At Netyex, our mission is to make global B2B sourcing simple, reliable, and transparent for buyers. As a buyer-first platform, we handle the complete shipping lifecycle — from supplier dispatch to your delivery address — with flexible shipping options and international trade compliance built-in.

How Shipping Works at Netyex

  1. End-to-End Managed Shipping
    Netyex oversees the full shipping process — negotiating with logistics providers, managing documentation, coordinating customs clearance, and ensuring smooth delivery to your destination.
  2. Flexible Shipping Modes
    We offer tailored shipping options based on your business needs:
    • Air Freight – For urgent or lightweight shipments
    • Sea Freight (LCL & FCL) – For large-volume or cost-sensitive orders
    • Land Transport – For domestic or cross-border regional shipping
  3. Shipping Incoterms Available
    Netyex supports internationally recognized shipping terms (Incoterms® 2020) based on buyer preference:
    • FOB (Free On Board): Buyer handles freight and insurance; Netyex ensures goods are loaded at port.
    • CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): Netyex manages ocean freight and insurance up to the destination port.
    • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Netyex manages the complete shipping and delivery process, including duties and taxes.
    • EXW (Ex-Works): Buyer arranges pick-up from supplier location; rarely used unless specifically requested.

⚠️ Final Incoterms are confirmed during the order negotiation and reflected in the Proforma Invoice or Contract.

⚡ Express Delivery (Premium Option)

Need faster delivery? We offer Express Air Shipping for select product categories and urgent orders:

  • Delivery within 5–8 business days for USA, Europe, and GCC countries.
  • Real-time tracking with international courier partners (FedEx, DHL, Aramex, UPS).
  • Additional cost applies based on volumetric weight and destination.

🏢 Warehouse Pickup Option (India & UAE)

For large or repeat buyers, we offer warehouse pickup facilities in key sourcing regions:

  • India: Pickup from major industrial hubs or Netyex partner warehouses.
  • UAE (Coming Soon): Pickup from Dubai Free Zone warehouse for Middle East re-export.

Buyers choosing warehouse pickup must:

  • Notify Netyex in advance
  • Arrange their own transporter or pickup agent
  • Acknowledge handover on site

📦 Packaging & Handling

We use export-compliant, product-specific packaging to prevent damage and ensure compliance with shipping standards. Fragile or perishable goods are handled with extra care and optional customized packing solutions.

  Every product is securely packed according to international standards to prevent damage during transit.

  For fragile or customized goods, we offer additional protective packaging at a nominal charge.

Delays due to customs or holidays are communicated proactively by our logistics team.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary based on customs clearance and local holidays.

📄 Documentation & Customs

  • Netyex handles all necessary export documentation:
    • Commercial Invoice
    • Packing List
    • Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
    • Certificate of Origin
    • Fumigation & Compliance Certificates (where required)
  • Customs duties/taxes are based on chosen Incoterms. Under DDP, we handle all duties; under FOB/CIF, the buyer pays on arrival.
  • Buyers will be guided regarding import duties, taxes, or compliance requirements in their country.
  • Netyex ensures that shipments are fully compliant with international trade regulations.

📦 Shipment Tracking

Buyers receive tracking details via email and WhatsApp once the shipment is dispatched.
Track live updates via:

  • Netyex Buyer Portal
  • Logistics Partner’s Website (for express or air freight)

🛡️ Insurance & Risk Coverage

  • All CIF and DDP shipments are insured by default.
  • For FOB or EXW terms, buyers are responsible for adding insurance if required.
  • Claims are processed within 7–10 working days with necessary documentation.

🔁 Returns, Damages & Disputes

  • Damaged goods or quantity mismatch must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
  • We work with sellers to resolve issues through replacement or refund, based on evidence shared by the buyer.
  • Resolutions may include:
    • Partial or full replacement
    • Credit note for future purchase
    • Refund (as per agreement)

🌍 Sustainable Shipping (Coming Soon)

Netyex is working towards eco-conscious shipping practices, including:

  • Carbon offset programs
  • Minimal packaging waste
