Delays due to customs clearance or holidays will be communicated proactively by our logistics team.

Packaging & Handling

We use export-compliant packaging to ensure goods remain protected during international transit.

Documentation & Customs

Netyex manages all export documentation, including Invoices, Packing Lists, BL/AWB, and Origin Certificates.

Customs Duties:
Under DDP – duties handled by Netyex.
Under FOB/CIF – duties paid by buyer on arrival.

Shipment Tracking

Buyers receive continuous shipment updates via Email and WhatsApp notifications.

Live tracking available via:

  • Logistics Partner Websites

Insurance & Risk Coverage

  • CIF and DDP shipments are insured by default.
  • FOB / EXW buyers may request to add insurance.
  • Claims are typically processed within 7–10 working days.

Returns, Damages & Disputes

We maintain strict quality control, but in the rare event of damage or quantity mismatch, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
